Dr. Ryan Malarney

Owner / Chiropractor

Dr. Ryan Malarney grew up in Hudson, MI, a small town in southern Michigan as well as in Marine City, MI north of Detroit. Dr. Ryan always knew he had a passion for serving others but was not always sure how he would do that. He attended Western Michigan University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in December 2004. After working as a mortgage banker at Quicken Loans and as a sales representative at Canon, he quickly realized he was supposed to be on a different path. After much thought and deliberation, on one New Year’s Day he packed everything up and moved to Marietta, GA to start chiropractic school at Life University.
While Dr. Ryan began with the intention of being a sports chiropractor, he quickly learned about principled chiropractic care and how the nervous system is the most important part of the body. He began to understand that chiropractic not only helps with musculoskeletal issues, but also helps to heal the body on a much deeper level, from the inside out. While improvement of symptoms is important, long term optimal health is our ultimate goal at West Michigan Chiropractic. Dr. Ryan is extremely passionate about helping each and every person to reach their God-given health potential through specific, scientific chiropractic corrective care.

Dr. Sarah Malarney

Owner / Chiropractor

Dr. Sarah Malarney grew up in Arbor Vitae, WI, a small town in northern Wisconsin, with her parents and younger brother. From a young age Sarah had a compassionate heart meant for caring, loving, and serving others. Dr. Sarah attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. While she intended to pursue a career in counseling, God had a different plan and she was re-directed to Chiropractic. She moved to Marietta, GA and attended Life University College of Chiropractic, renowned as the best chiropractic college in the world. Dr. Sarah met her husband Dr. Ryan while in chiropractic school in gross anatomy lab, and they’ve been inseparable ever since!
While attending Life University, Dr. Sarah quickly learned her heart was to serve pregnant women and children. She has vast experience with pediatrics as she became extremely involved with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and helped to found the first ever Family and Pediatric Chiropractic Club at Life. She is currently a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in Webster Technique for pregnant mothers. She says, “healthy children make healthy adults,” and that’s our goal at West Michigan Chiropractic. We strive to not only improve current health conditions but also to provide preventative care by allowing the body to heal from the inside out with specific, scientific chiropractic corrective care.
